I am replacing a 20 amp breaker in the sub panel with a 30 amp, not a problem. I am running a #10 4wire for a dryer. The sub panel does NOT have a separate neutral bus bar. Where do I run the wires? Is this panel wired incorrectly? See attached. Thanks for the info.

It has a neutral and ground wire attached.

It looks like you have a natural. I would add a ground buss bar.
