How do you wire 50 amp sub panel?

I am putting a 50 amp panel in my garage. I ran 6/3 from the main panel in the house 50 feet to the 50 amp panel in the garage. My question is I only have 1 bus bar in the garage panel which I think is the grounding bar. Do I add another bus bar for the neutral wires and do I remove the green bonding screw since I am putting a ground rod outside?
