Replacing 220v plug

Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported.
I was trying to plug a power tool to this receptacle but doesn’t work. Looks like 220v coming in which runs a well pump and 110v going to outside outlet. What type of receptacle do I need? Trying to plug in my circular saw. Thanks!

Any 120 15amp or 20 receptacles for your saw is fine. But you’ll need to know what amps, 15 or 20, 14 or 12 wire. It’s kinda strange setup to have both 120 and 220 like that. More pictures may help.
