I am installing a Mini Split Heat Pump. It is only a 9000 BTU unit and only requires a 110V Circuit. Is it correct to assume that the disconnect box is wired the same as with 240V or is it different when you have one live, one neutral, and one ground? With 240v you would have the wires connected to the line hubs, and the wires to the AC unit are attached to the load hubs. Can I assume that the 100v wires would connect the same way, live and neutral to the line hubs? Or is there a different way to wire it for 100v, thanks edit-I bought this one because it had on on off switch as opposed to a pullout disconnect, and because it said in the description as follows : Siemens 60 Amp, outdoor rated, non-automatic switch air conditioner disconnect is a two pole 120/240V rated pullout used as a disconnecting means for electrical equipment..

What you’ll want is a 120v disconnect and not a 220. In 120v only the hots get disconnected.
