What wire and thickness is recommended for 150 ft @ 60-70amps (2 hot, 1 neutral, 1 ground) to the main 200a panel? Running across my attic, down wall, underground.
Which type of wire? Copper SER? 4-4-4-6?
Would that be best be run in conduit for entire length? Across garage, into main attic, down exterior wall, underground.

I would have to say a #4 wire. However, it will have to go in a conduit while underground.
