I am working on a exterior wall that had 1×6 on the outside wall and they were put up on a angle Do I need to put the new 1×6 back up on a angle or can I run them straight.

I wonder why they did that. Seems strange. Yeah I don’t see why you couldn’t go straight up and down. Post a picture if you can
