How to make this tiled corner child safe?

Hi,

We have a tiled corner that makes us worry as we have a toddler who has lots of bumps and falls.

The corner is concrete with tiles laid on top into a very sharp corner. How can I amend this to make it child proof? This is a rental property so we are not looking to deck the whole patio out etc.
