Moen cartridge. Installed and replaced a new one but still not getting cold water, only hot water. where else shld I check or do? Thanks.

These are pressure valves. With that, you need pressure from the cold and hot. It almost sound like one or two things. One it’s installed upside down or you may have some dirt lodged in one of the ports. However like I said, you need both hot and cold for any water to come out. I would check those items.
